Mural About The War And The Israeli Hostages

"Ya Batih, Ala Sakin”
(From Arabic: "Watermelon by the knife" - A known phrase used by arabic peddlers when selling watermelons on the market.)

On October 7th 2023 Hamas took Israeli hostages to Gaza using Toyota trucks making the truck a symbol of terror in the eyes of the Israelis.
The work is driven by a painful-pleasant nostalgia for a time when watermelons were piled on the truck and not hostages.
And perhaps also hope for a more optimistic future.

"Talking Walls"

An artistic project where 27 renowned artists have created a street art museum telling the Israeli story of the events of October 7th. The paintings chronologically narrate the Israeli story, starting from the utopia before the war, through the massacre on October 7th, the War of Iron Swords, the heroes and Israeli hope, and finally, a call for the free world to stand alongside Israel and support it in its war against the Hamas terrorist organization.
